Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, G-P
ay, American Express and PayPal. Items are charged to your credit card upon check out. If an item is on back order, you will not be charged until the back ordered item ships.

Out of Stock Items
The inventory on our store is kept up-to-date in real-time, but sometimes due to high demand, or with small batch goods, an item may become out of stock or unavailable. We invite you to visit the product page for the item that is out of stock and add your email address in the provided field to be contacted when the item is restocked.

Customs or Import Duties
Note that for international orders, the total cost charged to you at check-out will exclude local provincial and federal taxes. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. The Desert Lake Property Owners' Association is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance and applicable duty, so please be aware that customers will be required to pay for these in full. Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country's customs authorities and is based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Restricted Items
Due to size and customs restrictions some items available for sale in Canada are not available for international shipment. Consequently, you may see and wish to purchase items available on our Canadian website, but you will be asked to remove these items from your shopping cart if the destination country does not permit the import of that item.
